Também tive uma dúvida semelhante à sua. Apesar da autora destacar na página 5 as diferenças entre autonomia e auto-gerenciamento, o ponto de diferenciação não ficou claro para mim. Olha o que ela diz na página 4: " It should be noticed that there are different degrees of self-management from novice to expert. (...)Expert self-managed learners can assess the requirements of the learning task at hand, can identify and deploy the appropriate learning strategies, can make appropriate attributions for success and failure and readily accept the responsibility for their own learning (Strage, 1998)". Em seguida, na página 5, ela continua:
“the self-managed learner does not necessarily find working alone the most effective way to achieve his or her needs and purposes" (DAM et alii, 1990; PRESLEY, 1995, apud RUBIN, s.d).
A minha pergunta é: o self management, tendo graus assim como a autonomia, se diferenciaria da autonomia em que aspectos?
