Essa é sempre uma questão que me perguntava, mas parece que Shehan (apud Dickinson, p.172) resolve definir melhor essa questão ao dizer:"the balance of the evidence is slightly in favour of the view that motivation produces successful learning rather than vice versa". Ademais, Dweck (apud op.cit.) envereda pela mesma corrente "learning success alone is not enough to create and/or enhance productive motivational attitudes".
Quanto mais motivado o aluno estiver mais eficiente e produtiva será sua aprendizagem.
