Yes, she has got healing powers, butshe can't use them on herself.Your heart is touched by the sight, and you feel pity for the poor creature. Her eyes look up at you as if to say *I know you can help me.* If you help her, you will have earned a true friend, and she will willingly be your pet. It will also be proof that you are truly on the good side, and are pure of heart.
