I have no problem whatsoever with embryonic stem cell research. Until people stop killing each other in the name of religion, it's hypocritical of them to say they want to protect embryos in the name of religion. A clump of cells three to five days after fertilization is not a sentient thing, and if it can be used to save lives, I say research the cytoplasm out of it.
