Subject: Hey, Klutz...

We are seeing some signs of recovery here, the most relevant one being that Mr. Lynx was un-laid-off today. His whole department had been axed, and they're only bringing back a handful of the most experienced, without the lovely benefits package we enjoyed before. That's the new face of American employment, I guess, but still it was a pleasant and unexpected surprise.

Hope things are looking up for you, too. :-)
