Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that my dad passed away last night. On Tuesday we discovered that he had very advanced brain cancer, then found out it had originated in his lungs... never had any symptoms or indication... pretty amazing. Once we found out, things progressed very quickly, but he wasn't in pain, which is amazing, and for which we are most thankful.

I've been at my folks' house since last Sunday and will be for a couple more weeks, wanting to make sure things get taken care of and keeping an eye on my mom. If she is occupied with the grandkids and I'm not napping, I'll try to pop on this evening. I've had 6 hours of off and on sleep during the past 60 hours so I'm pretty raw and running on empty, but a nice game of Acro would be a good diversion, so if I can make it I will.

If you haven't told your parents you love them recently, don't wait :)
