I think you found us the perfect place, J. It appears you can set a room up that has no face off in Acrowars. We'll have to try it out sometime soon. Also, you can ignore chat from annoying people and have no topics. It's browser-based, so even lynx may be able to stay for more than three consecutive rounds without das boot.
