I got 106 the first try. There's no way I could do it alphabetically. I had to go by continent. Then I realized I had forgotten island areas like the Caribbean until close to the end. I was a bit embarrassed that I forgot Saudi Arabia and a few of the major European countries, like Austria. I got a lot of Africa though.
