Do you all know about this? You create stations by choosing your fave songs or artists/groups and it plays the song and/or artist's work as well as things similar to it/them (assuming licensing, etc. similar to iTunes but not exactly like -- I couldn't get Beethoven but I could get Nightwish.) It's based on the Music Genome Project.

Registration is free and you can set up several "stations" based on your varying preferences. Stations can be customized by many songs/artists and you can even boot songs by the same artists used to build stations or shelve them for a month. (Like if I never hear John Mayer's Say again, I'll be relieved. Couldn't the guy have added one more verse and deleted oh, 24 of the 36 refrains?)
