I'm here. Just finished it last week. I don't know what I think. I know that it was a long read. The Amber Spyglass finally tied it all together but it was a long time getting there. I got no life changing epiphanies from reading it. Do you think that Lyra/Will were a Jesus type of figure, opening the doors of heaven or hell as it were? Is that why there was so much uproar? I'd love to hear what you think.
