The literature I have says skin conditions are one of the symptoms an over abundance of yeast can cause (I'm sure there are other reasons as well). The deal with the yeast free diet is that you also have to be on medication for a month (Nystatin for 4 weeks and Diflucan for week 3 only). I'll keep you posted on how it's going. I'm down 10 pounds, so regardless of the other stuff it's supposed to help with, I'm not dissatisfied with the results thus far!
