There was a young man from the Humpdome
Who played for the team nearest his home
Much like Luke Perry,
His temples were hairy
To the point that he needs a sideburns comb.

There was a man shaped like a hydrant
On the ballfield, his smile was vibrant
He won two World Series
But what's really eerie's
As a husband he's a regular tyrant.

Or, baseball-free...

There was a young rebel from Hibbing
whose voice was the cause of some ribbing
His lyrics poetic
On occasion prophetic
But if I said he could sing, I'd be fibbing.
