What punk said.

Except that I don't regret any of mine. I didn't get stupid stuff like logos or band names or (god forbid) the name of some dumbass I was dating.

I have five completely original works of art done by four different artists. No one else has 'em and only those with whom I choose to share them get to see 'em.

Looking at my first tattoo (when I was 23, I'm now 39) I can honestly say it isn't something I'd chooset today. But I have no regret. It's not ugly or ridiculous and it accurately reflects who I was at that time. The same can be said for the other four.

I have seen some cool design ideas executed poorly. I've also seen some designs I didn't like but the actual work was phenomenal.

Bottom line for me is, to each his or her own. Tattoos definitely aren't for everyone and until or unless you can settle on something you want to see every day for the rest of forever, don't do it.

Hey, maybe that's why I have five tattoos and no ex-husbands.
Hmph.

Oh, and about Mr. Cool whatever...
Horrible. And clearly the guy doesn't have a lot of original ideas since he keeps getting the same stupid shit tattooed over and over.
I'm especially fond of the sunglasses tattooed on the back of his head. That's where I'd like to smack him in an effort to knock some sense into him.
Ha.
