I'm Italian, Cass, and therefore it is not even possible to use too much garlic. Fortunately, Mr. Lynx is with me on that one. On one of my other forums, a lady was giving us instructions on how to get garlic odor out of our houses, and all of us Italians were saying "Why in the world wouldn't you want your house to smell like garlic?" LOL.

For medicinal purposes, garlic is great, especially if you're coming down with a cold or the flu. Swallowing a garlic clove at the first sign can, at the very least, lessen the severity, and sometimes ward it off completely. Garlic is also an important element in many natural blood pressure medications.
