I won't ever try an organ of any type either, EJ. Same with frog legs, which most who've had them would argue are VERY tasty... but they're frog legs and I cannot make myself try them. If they taste like chicken, then I'd rather have the chicken, tyvm!

I think the most adventurous thing I've eaten is escargot, and I liked them OK, but have never had them again because I'd just rather have something else.

My dad, on the other hand, would eat any organ of an animal. Cow tongue was perhaps THE most gross to me. It just seemed so wrong; howerver, he thought it was quite delicious. Go figure :)
