Have you heard of Rational Recovery? It's like AA without the faith requirement, and is supposed to have a high success rate.

Must it be an organized religion, for fellowship and such? If so, the Unity Church requires no belief in God. They explore just about everything.

Spiritual attainment is open to anyone who is willing to transcend the ego. I don't know if I can see you doing that. ;-)
