To Long Hair's Supporters,

It has be a few days and many hundred messages on the topic of Long Hair attending the 10-1 Banquet and demonstration.
As Long Hair's supporter, I think that we are wasting to much time and energy on a small topic and issue. Imagine such a small thing can burn so much energy, how much resource and energy we have to support the mission of Long Hair inside and outside Legco, for the people.

I suggest we the true supporters, just stop burning our energy (including Long Hair) on the 10-1 Banquet.
I think that Long Hair has already has his way to deal with that. We help him to go to Legco, does not mean that he has to do exactly the way we want. It is delegation, and we just want him to do good things in his way, with his own judgement.

As supporter, we should focus on how to help him (and us) to move forward.
Be organized and effificent. I am a "start-up company" player in Silicon Valley of Callifornia. To make a start-up company successful is similar to make a freshman of Legco successful. We cannot just burn out ourselves on small issues and missing the objective.
A company's project need project management, Long Hair and supporters also need project management since there are a lot of projects in front of us, both in the Legco and in the community. A work flow and methodology has to be established, otherwise, we will just overwhelmed by all those mosquito noises dog barking noises and going no where.
Just my two cents on supporting Long Hair to move forward.
