Again, she reminded herself that he didn't seem to want to hurt her. Other than, of course, making her turn into a dragon and then making her run into an invisible wall. She was tired and hurting and cold and a bit hungry too so when he offered to take her somewhere to get warm, she just nodded a little and took a few, rattling breath. Swallowing, she finally stood up and brushed herself off, though she could feel the bruises on her back were deep and would be so very sore in the morning. She wrapped the plaid tighter around herself and lifted her hand to brush away the rest of the tears with the back of her wrist, sniffling just a little in a childlike manner before she sighed. "I'm hungry." The people she had been staying with had been nice and she'd had privacy and freedom but she wasn't attached to them, they weren't her family so she didn't feel to badly about not going back to notify them she wouldn't be there in the morning. She'd let them know later, whenever she got back, what had happened when she had gone out for her midnight stroll. Silently, she padded across the clearing, waiting for him to tell her where to go. "You don't have to worry about me running off." She said finally. "I have no idea where the heck I am at or how to get back to my cottage." She wasn't letting him 'keep' her of course but at least maybe this could just be an educational visit instead of a hostage situation. She was sure as soon as she explained to him that she was no one special, that he had the wrong type of girl to kidnap, he would be more reasonable and let her be on her way. Of course, she would be much more capable of doing that once she was no longer hungry, cold, and tired.
