She had settled in wonderfully and seemed to flourish in fact when she had a keep to run. Essential she was the mistress of the castle and he let all decisions fall on her when it came to the running of the keep while he focused on training himself and the soldiers. Usually for a good ten hours of the day, they could be seen in the fields in mock battles, practicing brute force and stragetic manuevers. He was just coming in from such a run when he looked up and heard her voice, one brow raising as he looked up at her. "Shouldnae ye be getting together tapestries or some like?" He questioned teasingly before he shifted into his own dragon form, taking up a few steps before gliding into the sky and landing next to her. His neck arched out to nuzzle her neck in greeting before he lifted his head and roared out, announcing that he would be gone for a bit. It amazed him a bit how quickly the soldiers had looked to him as their authority but it felt good and he fit the role very well. "Fly with me?" Requesting softly, he leaned in to nip at her neck teasingly, riling her up before he launched himself off the edge of the cliff and took off into the sky. It wasn't until they had travelled some distance that he realized that had crossed into Lallybroch. His ebony head lifted to look over at the castle, a look of wistful longing on his face for a moment before he roared softly to get his girls attention, instructing her to circle back. "Tis nay need to be here, t'will only envoke the curiosity of the tenants if they see us." Turning his back on the lands that he had once called home, he instead flitted his wings a few times and set course back for the lands he had claimed as his own - he would make his own home now.
