Subject: Kennedy Inaugural Gala Booklet & autograph values

After my father passed away (13 years ago) I found some political items. They consist primarily of John Kennedy’s inaugural colored booklet. On the booklet are autographs by George Gobel, Jack & Mariam Paar, Ed Sullivan & Gene Barry. Also in the collection are some invitations, tickets and booklets from Richard Nixon & Lyndon Johnson’s inaugural. There are a few other items one of which I find intriguing. It is a congressional investigation book containing the transcripts of Richard Nixons Watergate transcripts. I do not believe the book was ever made public. It seems to be a compilation of Nixon’s recorded conversations that were provided to Congress for purposes of investigation into Watergate. I have absolutely no idea of the worth of any of these items. If there happen to be any collectors out there I’d appreciate your appraisal. I plan to sell the items & have an interested party. Obviously I’d like to know a little more about their worth before finalizing any sell. Thanks for any help. Doug
