Scott,

Depending on what State and City you live in, a few municipalities may offer this as a service to their residents.
I would not try this yourself. Bees are still very active this time of year and even if your not allergic to bee stings, multiple stings could cause a severe reaction in anyone. Proper equipment and training is a must.
If you strongly want to relocate the bees, you can contact your state conservation department who can recommend a specialist in your area. You may want to contact your city hall first to see whether they handle these problems.
