To solve this problem, someone will need to inspect the entire outer structure to determine where the birds are getting in. There are numerous entrance points, such as exhaust vents, ridge vents, gable vents, roof vents, gaps in the siding soffits and fascia, and so on. Your best bet is to wait until late August and have someone check for any gaps and have them sealed along with covering exhaust vents with an approved method to keep birds out.
