You have a couple of options here. Trapping is one, check with your State Conservation Department to see what permits you may need. You could hire a trapper although it could get quite expensive and take a long time. You can purchase Deer and Rabbit repellent at the hardware store and spray all shrubs and around where the chipmunks are trying to get in. Take the elbow's off the downspouts for now, that may help keep them from climbing up through them.
