I had prchased a 165 liters cold gold refrigerator from M/s Harr Saran & Sons,Delhi on March2001.After a cmpletion of 2 years it powder coatings from door, lower portion started chip off and its surface on which powder coating was done is highly rusted. it seems imprper surface preperation caused to the chip off the paint coatngs.Now it is spreading to full length of the door width.Being a highly reputed company it hurt too much to our heart and take some proper action to win the trust of the cutomer.
