I carry a number of low cal snacks with me in my lunchbox to work everyday...I use small ziplock plastic bags and measure out a few ounces of raw carrots, cauliflower, celery and/or broccoli, some grapes, strawberries, blueberries and melons as well as two green apples a day. I eat one first thing in the morning (when everyone else is eating donuts and coffee cake) and usually the other sometime in the afternoon, especially if I need a pick-me-up...the natural caffeine in them wakes me up without having to drink coffee.

I sometimes keep some crackers, pretzels, popcorn and granola bars around. If you eat small portions and take your time eating them they keep you going, keep you full and are nutritious. Let me know if you need more of a list. I vary what I bring week-to-week so I don't get bored. It take some time to prepare things such as washing and cutting up fresh fruit the night before but it helps me out a lot and prevents binging and especially purging. Hope that helps.

Deb
