Thanks for clarifying that better...like I said, everyone needs to know ALL the info. and not just some pieces of it to determine what they need to consume to be healthy for themselves. Especially in the U.S. there is so much conflicting information from different sources, I tend to go with FDA and other government guidelines rather than diet books and sites; they're more confusing than not and ppl with EDs tend to look at what source tells them is the lowest numbers for consumption to go by which is not the best or safest way to go.
