Okay, here it is what you actually need,

Someone more or less our age with normal exercise needs about 2400 cals a day (this may seem like a lot to you but once your body is used to it you dont gain, nor lose, your body tends to adapt to the amount of calories it gets, and 2400 is pretty normal.)

This should be built up of:

55% should be carbs (no more than 10% monosaccharides, this is what people call bad carbs, the rest must me either oligosaccharides or polysaccharides, what people call good carbs)
30-35% should be fat (you actually need fat, among other things to absorb vitamine A D E and K)
the rest (10-15%) should be proteines but this must be between 40 and 70 gramms, ideally 52.

The way to calculate this is: 1 gramm of carbs is 4 cals, 1 gramm of fat is 9 cals, and 1 gramm of proteines is 4 cals.

For anyone who is interested 1 gramm of alcohol is 7 cals.
