I used to do Taebo one day a week in college (thats when both roommates were out of the house completely) and I went down two pant sizes. But if you are looking to lose weight I wouldn't do that. I built up a ton of muscle and people noticed that I was losing inches but the scale never changed. But it was a great workout. I have been doing belly dancing and that has been working really well for me and it's been fun.
