sorry for the mix up in names (just a little confused)
In tea shouldnt be any calories at all. Tea and coffee are supposed to be calorie free. There are some brands of tea that add calories to their tea, you can see that on the label, if the tea does not contain sugar or honey it is zero calories.

If you are going to drink a lot of tea make sure you drink a glass of water for every glass of tea, tea tends to dehydrate (not as bad as coffee but still)
