This sounds really great, you seem really motivated!
Becky, I do not want to scare you or anything but I feel I need to tell you this: most people in therapy get, mostly when they are half way, a little dip. They feel like it is all no use and things like that. It is not a full blown depression but just a little, very temporary dip. I want you to know this so you can be prepared. Just dont give into it, it only lasts a few days (the dip i mean) I hope by telling you this, you are prepared and dont feel overwhelmed if you get this dip, everybody in therapy mostly gets it and it is very normal, and it will go away on its own.

Anyway, I am very happy that you are so positive about this, I really believe you are doing the right thing.
