I'm exactly the same as you guys, I hate other people cooking for me.
My worrys are usually did they over cook it? Is the meat in date by at least 5 days?
Did they disinfect work surfaces after raw meat? Did they wash their hands exc.

I did a food hygeiene certificate, during my learning I found out that it's possible to catch food posioning from someone that's had it! :S

I'm also terrified of being sick.

I always over cook everything. I even disinfect my cooker knobs.

I also have OCD.

I'm more scared now that I'm pregnant. I'm glad theres others like me, I get on my partners nerves. Also the he's family are the total oposite and believe in eating everything off, never disinfecting anything. It's a worry for me I stay up at night wiping what they've touched.
