Maybe I can help... 1 mg is equal to 1000 mcg
1mg = 1000mcg
And it takes 1000 milligrams to measure one milliEquivalent or, mEq
I think the recommendation is for 1200 mcg- Thats what I usually take...5000 mcg magnashot on a BAD day..
Also watch your potassium make sure you get at least 2000mg a day. Sometimes low potassium will result in physical tiredness, and muscle weakness.
