I am ok. I've put on some weight so I am a little upset about that. Work has slowed down alot so I am doing better with that. Not so stressed...so I am working on preparing myself mentally for Christmas and all of the food. We'll see...I'm trying to concentrate on the holiday feelings and deal with the eating issues little by little. What about you?
