Gosh, don't you just hate that term? But it IS that time of year and I suppose just as good as any to start anew...anyone have any resolutions they would like to share?

Mine: Working on my spirituality. It's been a tough and trying year starting a new job, having a new home and area in which to live and become accustomed to...been very busy and have let life's little wonderments sometimes slip by without so much a nod. I will try to get back to nature and nuturement in all areas of my life which can only help assist me in being the better person I know that lies that beneath this ED person within.

I wish for everyone a terrific New Year and New beginnings!
