hey, first off i am very proud of you for seeing a therapist! i know this is something we've talked about for awhile, and i am glad you found one that you get along with. it's been really helpful for me, and i hope it continues to be helpful for you. anyways, as for the dietician, well the last time i saw one, she wasn't like that at all, so along with what everyone else has been saying, not all dieticians are the same! just keep at it, and i'm sure everything will be fine. i agree with deb and keep trying her for awhile and see how that goes, and if not, maybe you could have your therapist refer you to a different one or something. well, i hope you're having a fantastic break, take care and i'm glad to hear you're doing alright!
