it pretty much depends on bone structure. try this (i've heard this somewhere but am not sure if it's true), place your thumb and and forefinger around your wrist...if they do not touch, that means you have a large bone structure. if they touch, that means you have a medium bone structure. if they overlap, that means you have a small bone structure. keep in mind, the bigger your bones are, the more weight you need on them! picture this, someone who is 5'7 and big-boned may look extremely emaciated at 110. Whereas, it might look completely natural for someone with very small bones. i'm somewhere in-between a medium and a large bone structure. i'm 5'3, and am told i look disgustingly thin anywhere from 100-105. however, that (according to the books) is a normal weight for my height that's why when i was at my lowest, 90 lbs, i too looked like a concentration camp survivor. at 90 lbs, i looked the same as someone my height with a small bone structure would have looked at around 70-80...see what i mean? there's a lot of factors that go along with it. if you're really not sure, ask your doctor. i'm sure he would tell you what kind of structure you have... take care=)
