my last post was pretty badly worded-and looking back on it im not sure exactly what i wanted to know. right now- i realize that binging will cause weight gain- there isnt a way around it and no matter if it was one bad day or my 2 1/2 days- i will have to make it up and have a better week or more. i want to lose the 5 lbs i put on from my last mess-up, and i know that my metabolism needs to be kept up somehow to do this more effectively and faster. but instead of 2468- isnt it true that you can just go under the 800 range for 4 days- and somewhere on the 4th day- or on a day between them, you eat at least 800 cals?--is that an effective way to lose weight or are you better off just eating below 800 for a while???
