I completely left off one of my favorites and it only strikes me now because I'm just getting over the flu and needed to sleep more than usual. Bigelow's makes wonderful herbal teas. Usually a Chammomile tea will make me sleepy but because I've also had an upset tummy, etc. that come with flu, I dug out my "Sweet Dreams" tea made by them. It helped my stomach AND knocked me out!
It has peppermint, spearmint, rose, chammomile and a few other herbs and NO caffeine. I had at least one cup before bed and slept like a baby (I also give to hubby when he has a cold and can't sleep ~ they're wonderful herbal teas!)
