 Ok so the letter that I wrote, was very helful. Thanks for the suggestion. My mom told me that it helped to explain a lot, even though she doesn't understand everything and prolly never will, she said that it was a very helpful tool. I did tell her about the forum and she seems a bit skeptical of it, but I was trying to tell her that this forum is what allowed me to think that I can overcome this. I also was reading her the daily affirmations, and my mom thought those were a really good thing. k i think that is "all" lol
