Yep, correct. Non water solutable are A D E and K. and watersolutable are B and C. It is true that you pee out B and C and that A D E and K can get stored in your body.

It is extremely hard to get too much of B and C (it really would take an effort, theoretically it is possible to get too much) but for A D E and K it is not easy either, especially not for dieting persons. A D E and K are solutable in fat, if you have no fat intake (or minimal fat intake) you cannot take these vitamines in. On top of that, A D E and K can only be stored in fat tissue, if you dont have a lot of fat tissue it is hard to get too much of them.

Anyway, what you say is correct. Dont worry too much about getting too much of A D E and K because it is really hard.
