2468: eat 200 calories on day 1, 400 on day 2, 600 on day 3, 800 on day 4. It keeps your metabolism going, because you are not staying *super* low for a long time. However, even 800 calories is not enough to fuel your body.

Do you have an ED? It is **NOT** a quick and easy way to loose weight, it is a painful and destructive disease. I have recently started trying to recover from ana, and it is hell. I doubt anybody will give you tips on how to purge, a lot of websites get shut down for such things, and we don't want to encourage or help someone develop bulimia. I'm sure many girls here can speak to the hell of bulimia....

The best way to loose weight and keep it off is to eat between 1200-1500 calories a day of healthy foods. Your body needs fuel (Calories) to get your through the day. When you starve yourself, your metabolism slows WAY down, and your body conserves calories, and eventually breaks down its muscle. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein (fish, chicken...), soy....etc. Avoid alchohol and excess sugar. Try and exercise almost every day, you don't want to go overboard or you risk injuring yourself!

Please take care of yourself, loosing 10 lbs. in a healthy way will be as fast as loosing it the 'ana' way. When you starve yourself you are very likely to binge...and that undoes your hard work!!
