I am really sorry to tell you this, but the ED and the BDD are so linked that you really cannot treat on without the other. I mean all little bits of therapy help but if you really want to get the BDD under control you need to deal with the ED too.

What you should do in the mean time, is never look in the mirror the 4 days before your period and the first 4 days of your period, it is proven that all women (so not only the ones with BDD) consider themselves ugly/fat that time of the month, at that time only look in the mirror when necessary. The first week after your period woman tend to think they look better and feel the best about themselves. So when you are going to look in the mirror do it that week.
