I get that way too. I've been trying to have "good" comfort food around. I'm trying to change my view of comfort food so that I reach for food that tastes good and is good for you instead of a Snickers bar or whatever else. It's working so far today. I've been really frustrated at work lately and have been tempted to eat tons of sweets, so I have been drinking Propel water (10 cal) instead of eating a Snickers (280 cal). It fills me up, gives me vitamins, AND tastes good. That is just something that I am trying to do.
