When you have your Internet Explorer open, go up to "Tools" above your browser. Click on that and scroll down to "Internet Options". A screen will open up and under the first tab (General Tab) you'll see three highlighted sections: (1)Home Page, (2)Temporary Internet Files and (3)History. Under the Temporary Internet Files you'll see a tab for "delete cookies" and one for "delete files". One at a time click on these, then "OK". Then click on the Delete History underneath that and "OK".

This is also found in your Control Panel on your C-Drive if you know how to get in there.

That should delete everything. Hope that helps. Good luck!
