been there guys! it sucks. are you still in school? that's when it happened to me. i NEEDED the structure of a 5 day week. i had to plan my days out. i can remember sticking to my "plan" all week, getting home from school on friday and LOSING IT! binging on friday and saturday, spending sundays starving and exercizing until i was drenched with sweat and dizzy as hell. then i'd binge again and stay up til 4 am....more exercize-- have to get up in 2 hrs!! i think it's because we crave structure, order. we have to know exactly what we're doing and when we're doing it. it's just the ED mentality. sometimes i feel like when i'm alone for a few hours i'm just gonna snap-- freak out. it all kinda stopped when i got out of school. try this, take a long bath when you get home from school or work on friday. you could be binging because you're sort of taking away all the stress of a 5 day week, taking it out on food. i think we've all been there!! the baths helped me, i love taking baths. that and a cup of tea and you're favorite movie. anything like that. eat something balanced if you can, so you dont crave a binge. good luck and try not to get so stressed out during the week! if you practice relaxation techniques all week, not just on the weekends, you'll probably feel a little better
