Please listen to Chocolate and don't use laxatives anymore. I became so dependent that 10, 20, 30 and even 40 didn't work anymore. I was up to 60 laxatives at one time and even though that was a long time ago, I'm still suffering the consequences! :-(

Drink a glass of prune juice or eat prunes. Lemon juice in your water, etc. helps as well as watermelon and it's juices. Just don't overdo any of these or you'll still get the terrible cramping.
