CONGRATULATIONS ON OVER A MONTH!!! Last night was a slip and only that. Don't fret or harp on it too much. We all do...it's impossible to just stop and suddendly be well. Just doesn't happen. The main thing is to remember and reward yourself for EACH day you succeed in not purging! That's key. I, of all people know just how hard it is...literally didn't keep anything more than a dozen meals down in 52 weeks for 6 or more years in a row before treatment. Just take it one day at a time!

I'm very proud of you ~ you keep up the good work! :o)
