Looks like the Atlantic is turning out another tropical disturbance. Behind Tropical Storm Jeanne is Tropical Storm Karl. Does anyone remember what website had the MJO on it? I'm wondering if we're in an especially active time or if the tremendous lack of shear is the main reason why we're getting so many tropical storms developing.
