First of all you guys live like rednecks and have beer bottles out everywhere...you also have 3 kids of meds and the cops are at your house 3 to 4 times a week for your husband throwing things in house and at kids. Our Family has moved from the area and built a house on the Lake with Sec. As to see that you guys moved also you lost your house in repo.

> I just have to say that My Kids went to school with Her children and they are very good kids. We also like the Mother and Father.. Those children go to a private School for their saftey. Now the 3 she is talking about has been in trouble around the area and go to public school which they got kicked out of. I am so glad that they moved. I also think that the FBI thing is way out in left field... her and her husband do work for the Government but as anyone who works for them are not allowed to give any information out. The saying goes or they have to kill you!!!! People need to realize that this is not a site for this. I like this family alot and think some people need to stop this you will have to answer to the lord above...

What Is Miss International?
A FAMILY AFFAIR... The International Pageant system has been developed to promote today's young women and their accomplishments. Around the world women are finding this system to be the opportunity to work with others to become positive role models. Being the premiere pageant for young women has given Miss International® a chance to open doors for all women around the world. The Miss International® 2010 competition will be held July 23rd and 24th, 2010 at the Northshore Center for the Performing Arts in Chicago, Illinois. The event will give each contestant the opportunity to learn about customs and family life in other countries, along with the chance to share her beliefs and make new friends during the entire week of activities leading up to two exciting evenings of competition.

Our Mission: "To Make a Difference"
Beginning 22 years ago, the Mrs. International® Pageant was developed to have higher standards than other pageant systems. The focus behind Miss International® is to showcase single women, who are 19 to 29 years old by July 1st of competition year, and are a resident of the state or a citizen of the country that they represent. Each contestant competes in Interview Competition which is valued at 40% of their total score, Evening Gown, valued for 20%, Fitness Wear for 20%, and Fun Fashion Wear 20%. Each contestant has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice, that she spends the year promoting.

Shake your Body!
Every day find new ways to move your body. Use the stairs rather than an escalator or elevator. Walk your dog (or a neighbours' dog if you don't have one!) , chase your kids, play ball with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute cardiovascular class or body pump or kickboxing. Move more and feel better!
Cut the Fat
Don't eat the obvious fat in your diet such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Eat dairy products like cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts and even then in their low fat verions. Most are available in lower fat versions.
Reduce Stress
Stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e., go back to number one above!, exercise is a great stress reducer, Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. Stop Smoking
All the experts agree on this one. Ever since 1960 when it was announced that smoking was harmful to your health, people have been reducing their use of tobacco products. Just recently, we've seen a surge in smoking in adolescents and teens. Warn your children of the false romance or 'tough guy' image of smokers. Find ways to quit smoking hypnosis, support groups and even prescription medicine such as Zyban is available to help you.
Reduce your exposure to Pollution
Not everyone can live in a smog-free environment, but we can all avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning where air quality is good. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It's a good pollution deterrent. If you ride a bicycle in traffic, where a small pollution mask over your mouth and nose.
Clunk Click every Trip
Statistics show that the wearing of seat belts add to longevity and help alleviate potential injuries in car crashes.
Floss Your Teeth
Harvard Medical School studied longevity and found one of the most important contributing factors was daily flossing! Flossing and brushing your teeth daily can make your RealAge as much as 6.4 years younger. These studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it's because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don't?
Maintain a Positive Mental Outlook
There's a definitive connection between living well and healthily and having a cheerful outlook on life. Yes, keep on smiling and laughing!
Pick Your Parents Well !
The link between genetics and health is a powerful one. You can't pick your parents, but just because one or both of your parents died young in ill health doesn't mean you can't counteract the genetic pool handed you. So follow the first 9 tips above. for more details

This site will help you get ready to leave your home country and make a new life in Canada. It was written especially for newcomers. It tells you what documents you will need to bring, what to expect in the first few days and weeks, how to find a place to live, get a Social Insurance Number and a healthcare card, and find a job. It also explains what services you can expect to receive from the immigrant-serving organizations across Canada. You will also find useful information about Canada's geography, history, government and way of life, and how to become a Canadian citizen. You can either read this site from cover to cover, or one section at a time, depending on what you need to know. If you have access to the Internet, you can do more research before you leave for Canada by visiting the Web sites listed. <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://canadianimmigrants.50webs.com/synopsis.htm">http://canadianimmigrants.50webs.com/synopsis.htm</a>

There is a woman who was recently living in Virginia, who claims to be Miss Louisiana 1996. Sometimes she claims she was Miss New Orleans 1996. Her license plates were even MS LA 96.

For some reason, I can't find any information on her, anywhere and was just wondering if someone might have better access to records and be able to tell me if it's truth.. or not.

The woman's name is Tinisha Arthur, or the last name could be Ortiz.

The story she tells is kind of similar to that of Debbie Delhomme, who was Miss LA. Her brother is a major football player, whereas Tinisha claims her Uncle is a major football player.

Debbie Delhomme's brother's name is Jake. Tinisha has a son named Jake.

It's a bit of a freaky pattern. I wrote to one pageant authority, and was told there were no contestants with that name in 1995 or 1996.

If it's not the truth, then there's a woman running around portraying herself as something she isn't.

I am concerned... I know her too. She has lied to me too. I can make a list of rediculous lies. Concerning everything from her personal life to the person she wishes she could be. My concern is not her but for her children. She has caused unnecissary drama with my friends and family. If she opens her mouth, she is lieing. Beware of this woman. Tinisha is a pathilogical lier.

This is my cousin and some of you need to get your story together! Why are you so involved with what she does and who she is...it only shows that you have nothing better to do and have NO LifE! GROW UP and get one of your own...She is happy and you will never bring her down...she is MS LA and you will never change that

I see that you guys are not that smart! You started up a email using someone's name! And slandering it all over the internet! It just shows who is the smart one! I love the family and really see that you have made it very hard on them...Tinisha is very well known back home and it's just sad that some people are so jealous of her!

Grow up and get a life!

she was also the chic in the dorito commercials

never even heard of a tinisha so i would say she is a fraud and her story does sound fishy - too many coinsidences

Just a comment about the Lady who posted about MS Tinisha Paschal!

I do know Tinisha. But really if you look at who wrote this, you are not very smart! I do feel sorry for the family and it just shows you that you have nothing better to do with your time. I do think that the word JEALOUS plays a big part in this.. Good luck Tinisha and wish you the best! You are a very beautiful, strong and bright person. Keep up the good work!

Apply hand lotion and begin to massage the palm of your hand with the thumb of your other hand. This will help to circulate the blood. Work your way over the remainder of the hand and then repeat giving equal time to the other hand. Before color is applied to nails, they must be cleaned and the easiest way to do this is with an orange stick that has been wrapped with cotton. Dip into nail polish remover and then rub over the surface of the nail. Check the nail for any creamy residue. When none remains, your nails will be ready for polishing. Time for color. Pick up a small amount of polish on your brush and paint one stroke down the center of your nail. Your brush should hold just enough color to accomplish this. Stroke the sides of the nail and you are done. The nail should be completely colored in three strokes. Allow to set for a minute or so before applying the second coat. Wait until polish is set (dry to the touch) and then apply the top coat. Don't skip this step as it not only adds life to your manicure, it will protect your nails as well. Sanitize all of your equipment with alcohol and when they are dry, store them away until the next manicure. Nail Tips: Nail polish can be stored in the fridge. If your nail polish is too thick, try thinning with a polish thinner. To prevent the cap from sticking, coat it with a little Vaseline to prevent this from happening. visit: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://nikhar-e-arab.com/nailcare.html">http://nikhar-e-arab.com/nailcare.html</a>

High collars shortens necks. Tight tops with short sleeves and breast pocket is detracting from your figure. Shoes with straps shortens your legs. The torso can be shortened or narrowed with seam lines, belts, bows, and collars. A short necklace can shorten your neck. A scarf or belt that hangs down toward the legs will make the legs appear longer. Knitted texture, lace, floras, prints, and plaids can assist in creating an illusion. Thicker vertical lines in plaids lengthens and slims. Wear a larger print where you want people to look and smaller print where you do not want them to look. An all over print can camouflage figure problems, but prints here and there can create a fuller you. Prints around the neck and over the shoulder can make your shoulders appear wider. Just wear prints near the parts of your figure's assets, because they are usually more eye catching than a solid color. When buying pants be sure they fit well. Defects are emphasized in a pair of pants that may go unnoticed in a skirt. Petite women. Petite women need to keep clothes in line, slim narrow belts. A slight contrast in colors and fitted lines will flatter you endlessly. Also stay with fabrics that are soft and flowing that fits well. Over powering prints should be avoided. visit: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://nikhar-e-arab.com/fashionforyou.html">http://nikhar-e-arab.com/fashionforyou.html</a>

Hey folks,
Celebrating 18 years in the Pageant Industry has been a tremendous and rewarding opportunity for me. I have relocated to Slidell, Louisiana and will be promoting the Pageant Industry here in St. Tammany Parish. My career as an Artist is really kicking off well for me and I am involved now in the Art Industry as well as Pageantry. I have sold the Miss Gretna, Miss WestBank, and Miss Belle Chasse Pageant in the past year and have Miss Jefferson Parish and Miss Metairie Pageants for sale now. I plan on continuing to Direct the Miss New Orleans and Miss Louisiana State Pageants and Two other in St. Tammany Parish.

Both these pageants have been very profitable for me over the years and would only like it to go to folks that have a strong desire and love for the industry.
Along with the sale of the Pageants, come my full endorsement, advertise on my website, materials for back drops, photos and The Complete Director's Kit that I produced to assist new and experienced directors world wide. The KIT will walk you through every step to direct your very own pageant very successfully on the first try.You can visit www.directyourpageant.com
I am selling Miss Jefferson parish Pageant for 7,000.00 and Miss Metairie for $3,000.00. Both come as a package of $8,000.00
Please only serious enquiries. You can reach me @504-400-8958. I have the 26th Annual Miss Jefferson Parish Pageant scheduled for June 7th, and will host the event. If sold, I will introduce the new owner and turn it over at the pageant.

Under the Official Languages Act, Canada is an officially bilingual country. This means that Canadians have the right to get federal government services in English or French, no matter what part of Canada they are living in. New Brunswick is the only province that is officially bilingual.New Brunswick residents receive services in both official languages from all of their provincial government departments and agencies. In Quebec, French is the official language and in most cases, provincial and municipal services are provided in French. In the other provinces and territories, English is the official language, and the availability of provincial services in both official languages varies. At the municipal level, the availability of services in both official languages varies greatly. visit: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/biling.htm">http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/biling.htm</a>

Subject: Exciting News from the American Image National Pageant!

Date Posted: 07:03:25 01/18/09 Sun

With only fourteen weeks remaining before our inaugural national queens are crowned, the American Image National Team is gearing up for the final weeks of delegate recruitment and finalizing our events. With two new sponsor offers, we are excited about sharing a new bonus, program and national prizes with you!

We’ve teamed up with our host hotel to offer a free night’s stay to all delegates who refer another accepted delegate to us. With the economic issues most Americans are dealing with now, we don’t want anyone to miss the opportunity to celebrate with other “American Image†role models like you for financial reasons alone. If you bring a friend and room together, you’ll both have your first night free, and then you each will pay for one night only of a three-night stay! Once you both pay your balance in full, you’ll be able to enjoy your first night here on us, with a free room and invitation-only cocktail reception in your honor at a beautifully restored Southern mansion!

As you probably know by now, the American Image National Pageant was designed by contestants, for contestants, and your needs and wishes are very important to us. We’ve received requests locally, and from interested contestants, to have a Princess/Prince Pageant or program. Since we want our attention focused on our first group of state queens, we will not be having a children’s Pageant but are offering a fun program for young princesses and princes alike. I’ve included details about this at the end of this message for those who know someone who may be interested in participating.

I’m also excited about a great new prize that we have for our 2009 National Queens, thanks to another new sponsor. While it’s cold outside in most of the country, our winners will be whisked away by our AI team for a four-day, three-night trip to Folly Beach, South Carolina. They’ll enjoy pampering fit for our Queens, great Lowcountry cuisine, and the opportunity to hunt for shells or just walk on the beach. This will be a great get-away and reunion for us all, just months before crowning a new group of 2010 Queens.

Thank you again to everyone who has shown us such great support in our first year! We feel truly blessed to have a growing group of outstanding delegates in a challenging economic environment for both organizations and individuals. We hope that means we’re providing what you’re looking for and a level of support unparalled in the industry. For more information about the American Image National pageant, please visit our website at www.americanimagenationalpageants.com where our contact information and online application are available. Thanks and Happy New Year! Deb Dyer

One of the most common problems people have with losing weight is pitfalls like eating out. Here are a few ways you can control how much you eat:As soon as your food is served, ask for a box and put half of your meal into it, to take home. Restaurant portions are usually twice the size they should be anyway. Don't ruin a nice, low fat salad with creamy dressing. Go for the vinaigrette or oil and vinegar, and use them sparingly.
Don't let yourself down by getting (or sharing) a dessert. Order some fruit or Jell-O instead, if you must have something sweet. Arrive with a healthy meal in mind and ask for it without opening your menu. This will spare you the pain of looking at an array of temptation. After each bite, put your fork down, and don't pick it up again until you've completely swallowed the last bite. visit: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://nikhar-e-arab.com/eatoutondiet.html">http://nikhar-e-arab.com/eatoutondiet.html</a>

Don't skip breakfast. You will lose weight more quickly if you have a bite to eat in the morning. Drink hot water with lemon Eat hot meals rather than cold. Your metabolism speeds up very slightly when you eat and again if the food is hot. Do at least thirty minutes of cardiovascular exercise, five days a week. This will condition you to burn fat more efficiently. Don't deprive your body of carbohydrates, no matter what they say.
You need carbs for energy and will feel terrible without them. Wear a pedometer and see that you take 1,000 steps every day. If you have a sit-down job, get up every hour and walk around for five minutes or so. Dedicate two hours a week to weight training, concentrating on the larger muscles. Every other day is optimal. visit: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://nikhar-e-arab.com/spendupmetabolism.html">http://nikhar-e-arab.com/spendupmetabolism.html</a>

Make-up time line : To ensure your eyes stay healthy and free of infection when using make-up, heed the following due-date rules. Throw out your mascara after three months, powder eye shadows every nine to 18 months, and cream eye shadows every six to 12 months. Sharpen your eyeliners often to keep them clean.
Mascara mistakes: To avoid mascara flake-off or smudging on your face, apply a thin cost of mascara to top lashes only. Then run an eyelash brush through lashes to prevent clumpy mascara build-up. Get a rosy glow: Want your face to radiate a healthy glow? Try using a gel blush or cream (instead of powder) in a rosy shade of pink to create a more natural look. Gels or creams are more transparent and blend smoothly – rub it on the apples of your cheek and blend up towards the eye for a glowing complexion. Minute manicure: Need a fast fix for unpolished nails? File nails into a square shape, buff them to create a bit of shine and apply a clear coat of polish. Next rub in cuticle oil around the edges of the nail and moisturize your whole hand. It takes less than 15 minutes and will give your appearance a polished look. Brow etiquette: The trend in eyebrows for this season is natural looking, not sparse and skinny. Use a tinted brow definer or eyeshadow to fill in scanty brows. Fix tired feet: Pamper your tired feet with a luxurious footbath. Fill a basin with warm water and add a few drops of essential oils. Next place marbles or small stones (found at your local garden centre) into the basin. Run your toes and soles of your feet over the marbles, and relax for 15 minutes. visit:<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.nikhar-e-arab.com/slimfacemakeup.html">http://www.nikhar-e-arab.com/slimfacemakeup.html</a>

To prevent the cap from sticking, coat it with a little Vaseline to prevent this from happening. visit: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://nikhar-e-arab.com/nailcare.html">http://nikhar-e-arab.com/nailcare.html</a>
Education in Canada is available in English and French. Many Canadian parents, even if they do not speak French themselves, believe it is good for their children to be able to speak both English and French. Some put their children in a French immersion program, where children learn most of the regular subjects in French.
