Hoot Kath! Thanks for the invite.

I love the backgroud, however, I think the text is a bit hard to read in places where it runs over the tree stump. Perhaps red or navy text would show up better, or even 'forest green'? 8^)

Thanks also for all the nice things you've been sending my way. Seems I've been a bit remiss in letting you know that they are appreciated, but I have been buried in e-mail in all of my boxes as some wise guy thought it would be funny to sign me up for every porn site he visited, and every site that sends newsletters, daily jokes, info letters, ads, etc. that he could find. As fast as I unsubscribe to one thing, he subscribes to two or three others, but home.com agrees with me that this Texan has gone past being funny, especially when he started using profanity on my inside the web message boards. He has also tried to hack into my computer, but I have a super firewall now so I can see when he's probing, but he can't tell if I'm even online.

I am also in the process of sorting out papers, computer disks, etc. and rearranging the pc room (ex dining room) here so I can find things again. Evie was here for a couple of weeks and she and my neighbor helped me move all the furniture around and scrub the walls and woodwork too. Then we moved the pcs back in here and hooked up a data switch so Tom and I can share the printer. Now it's a matter of unpacking all the boxes of "stuff" and putting it back where it belongs a bit at a time. It's worse than moving from one house to another because we have to live with boxes under foot till I can get to them, and the old gray Nightowl "ain't what she used to be".

Anyhoot, I bookmarked your new digs and will try to stop in and say "hoot" whenever I have a moment or at least check up on all of your visitors.
